I didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely return. The property was fairly clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. This hotel is located in a central area near the heart of Sapa city, close to the lake and dining options. Everything was good.

The rooms are new-fashioned with big beds, and the staff are affable! Its location is good and unbeatable, right by new market, lake, market and the Church and the new market and bus station Ha Noi-Sapa, very nice area.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, wonderful stay. Polite staff, incredible views to Stadium and mountain, everything is great. There is a wide range of great food for breakfast. The building is very good and the rooms are big. Its location is marvellous and lovely, not far from the main areas, and shops and restaurants.

The place was beautifully designed, which we really appreciated. Our large bedroom was a highlight, and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were absolutely kind and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location was perfect, just a short walk from the new market and the Ha Noi-Sapa bus station, as well as nearby attractions like the highest mountain, market, dining options.
